Ingredients
Probiotics (Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacterium bifidum, Bifidobacterium animalis, Lactobacillus gasseri, Lactobacillus casei), cranberry fruit extract (Vacciniummacrocarponl), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), HPMC (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose) capsule, anti-caking agent substance: silicon dioxide.
Alergy warning: May contain lactose and milk.

Dosage
- Take 1 capsule daily.
- The ideal morning Fasting - Most probiotics are recommended to be taken in the morning, approximately 20-30 minutes before meals, when stomach acid is less active, which increases the survival of probiotic bacteria.
