Prepare a quick gluten-free dessert full of bananas
A bowl, milk, coconut oil and our baking mix. You don't need anything else to bake delicious banana bread. We created the mix from premium gluten-free flours, bananas and a generous dose of milk protein.
Ingredients
Flours 37.3% (rice flour*, almond flour, gluten-free oat flour, tapioca flour), dried banana 22%, milk protein 17%, freeze-dried banana powder 10%, coconut sugar*, baking powder* (corn starch*, raising agents: potassium tartrates, sodium carbonates), chocolate chips (cocoa mass, sugar), pecans, sea salt, nutmeg*.

Preparation instructions
- Add 260 ml of milk or water and 60 g of liquid coconut oil to the mixture (400 g).
- Mix everything thoroughly and let stand for 2-3 minutes.
- Use a taller and narrower baking dish, which you lightly grease with oil and pour the dough evenly into it.
- Place in a preheated oven at 180 °C and then reduce the temperature to 150°C and bake for 35 minutes.
- Let the finished product cool completely in the mold. Finally, carefully turn out, cut and serve.
