Vilgain Protein Brownie Mix 400g

Ingredients

Flours 34.8% (gluten-free oat flour, almond flour, rice flour*, tapioca flour), coconut sugar*, chocolate chips 18.6% (cocoa mass, sugar), milk protein 10.1%, cocoa powder*, peanut cream powder*, sea salt.

The cocoa solids content in the chocolate is at least 60%.

Instructions for use

• When baking on top and bottom heat, preheat the oven to 190 °C.
• If using fan-forced baking, preheat the oven to 180 °C.
• Add 90 g of liquid coconut oil or melted fat and 260 ml of milk or water to the mixture (400 g).
• Mix everything thoroughly and let stand for 2-3 minutes.
• Lightly grease the baking tin with oil and spread the prepared dough evenly into it pour in.
• Place in the preheated oven and bake for 5 minutes.
• Then reduce the temperature to 180°C (160°C for fan-forced baking), and continue baking for another 15–20 minutes.
• Let the finished product cool directly in the mold.
• Finally, carefully turn out, cut into desired portions and serve.
• Then store the finished product in a sealed container. in the refrigerator.
