Ingredients
Milk proteins 25 %, gluten-free oat flour, coconut sugar*, almond flour, almonds natural roasted, dried carrots* 8 %, dried coconut milk*, baking powder* (corn starch*, raising agents: potassium tartrates, sodium carbonates), ground cinnamon, colour: beta-carotene, sea salt, ground vanilla.

Manufacturer's recommendations
- Weigh one portion weighing 70 g into a mug with a volume of 300-350 ml and pour 70 ml of cold water.
- We recommend using larger cups, with classic 250 ml there is a risk of the contents spilling out of the cup.
- Mix well and let stand for 1-2 minutes.
- For an even more pliable cake, add a little butter or coconut oil to the dough.
- Then put in the microwave at 600W for 2.5-3 minutes (check after 2 minutes and let it finish cooking if necessary).
- Do not cover with plastic wrap in the microwave lid.
- You can turn the mug cake out of the mold or eat it directly from the mug.
