Vilgain Pu-erh is a traditional Chinese dark tea, produced from the large-leaf tea plant variety Camellia sinensis var. assamica from the southwestern Yunnan province. It is characterized by a bright red color, subtle earthy flavor, strong aroma characteristic of higher grades of Yunnan teas.

Modern accelerated fermentation method
