Selenium and zinc are among the most important minerals for the body. We have taken the effects to the next level by adding beta carotene and 3 natural extracts that work synergistically with minerals.
Ingredients
Turmeric root powder (Curcuma longa), HPMC capsule (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), ginger root powder (Zingiber officinale), acerola fruit powder (Malpighia glabra), zinc (zinc bisglycinate), vitamin A (beta-carotene), selenium (selenomethionine).

Recommended dosage
- 1 capsule in the morning/at noon after a meal (not on an empty stomach).
- If you are taking multiple supplements (e.g. magnesium, iron, calcium), do not take them at the same time as zinc, as they may reduce mutual absorption - leave a gap of at least 2-3 hours between them.
