Vilgain Tahini is a sesame paste made in the traditional way in Greece. It is a pure natural product, which is also free of added salt and cheap fat substitutes. Lightly roasted sesame seeds are loaded with healthy fats and are also a source of calcium, magnesium and vitamins B1, B6 and vitamin E with strong antioxidant effects. For vegans, it is important to mention the significant content of iron and protein. 

Tahini has a wide range of uses in the kitchen. It goes well with any spread and you can also use it when preparing hummus, smoothies, tahini cupcakes and pancakes. It can be served both salty and sweet, for example in combination with cocoa and honey.
