Vilgain Zinc offers you 100% pure zinc bisglycinate, which is the most absorbable form on the market. A large part of this is due to the chelate bond, which is the most natural for the body, which is also supported by the absence of any additives and 10 mg of elemental zinc in each vegan capsule.

Zinc bisglycinate is the most absorbable form of zinc. The chelate bond of zinc to 2 glycine molecules represents the natural form that we receive from ordinary food.
This chelate bond enables faster absorption and at the same time protects zinc from the effects of interfering substances that can affect its bioavailability.
If you want to multiply the effects of zinc even more, also reach for magnesium. Together, they form a powerful pair, and scientific literature suggests that together they may have a greater effect on insulin resistance and have stronger antioxidant effects than when each supplement is taken separately.

Dosage
- Take 1-2 capsules daily, preferably before bedtime.
- Take zinc regularly every day, preferably with food. We do not recommend taking it on an empty stomach, as taking zinc on an empty stomach can lead to nausea. When taking zinc and other dietary supplements at the same time, pay attention to the total daily zinc intake, which should not exceed 25 mg per day.
