A spice blend for making yogi tea with a high proportion of cardamom, without orange peel.

Ingredients: ginger root, cardamom seed 38%, cloves, cinnamon bark
Preparation: Boil 4 teaspoons (approx. 10 g) of yogi for 1/2 hour in 1 liter of water, then add 4 teaspoons (approx. 6 g) of black tea (preferably Assam) and boil for 3 minutes. Strain through a sieve, pour in 150 - 250 ml of hot milk and sweeten with honey or sugar to taste.
