The basic ingredient of our pasta is durum wheat semolina, highly valued for its texture, taste and nutritional value. It contains complex carbohydrates that provide a gradual release of energy, while its high protein and fiber content supports digestion and helps keep you feeling full for longer.
You really don't have to worry about the preparation. All you need is a frying pan or pot, a little oil, and water. But you can also try our beef broth.

Manufacturer's recommendations
